Every WiLL Inc. has completed a third-party allotment of shares in its seed round, with ON&BOARD Investment Limited Partnership, East Ventures, and the Japan Startup Support Association participating as underwriters. Combined with subsidies from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (MLIT) and local governments, as well as bank borrowings, the company has secured a total of JPY 130 million in operational funding.
Established in October 2024, Every WiLL is a startup operating under the mission "Making logistics more flexible." To address pressing social challenges in the logistics industry such as redeliveries and driver shortages, the company is building a unique infrastructure model. Rather than focusing solely on the delivery side, the approach seeks to solve these issues by expanding options for the recipients.
The newly raised funds will be allocated toward expanding the installation areas for "Toriiku Spot," an unattended pickup hub service, developing and promoting the logistics point-reward app "Jitaku de Toriiku," and strengthening the organizational structure to support business growth. In particular, "Toriiku Spot" is gaining attention as a model that effectively utilizes underutilized spaces. Moving forward, the company plans to expand cross-industry partnerships to accelerate the social implementation of an infrastructure where logistics providers, e-commerce businesses, and local communities work together to support the logistics ecosystem.
